Our Mission

Wellness Tools For Life provide interactive workshops educating children and adults on all Mental Health issues.

The sessions are designed to foster a safe and supportive environment to learn and explore your emotional wellness. The workshops aim to provide mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and physical self-care skills in children and adults

  • Led by experienced mental health professionals, the workshops offer a range of interactive activities and discussions that help children and adults understand and manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop coping strategies.

    Through engaging exercises and group discussions, all are encouraged to express thoughts and feelings in a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental setting.

  • The workshops cover a variety of topics related to mental health, such as stress management, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.

    All are provided with practical tools and techniques that you can apply in your everyday lives to promote healthy balanced wellbeing and mental health.

  • In addition to learning about your emotional wellbeing, you will gain a better understanding of the importance of empathy and compassion towards others.

    Learn to recognise and support peers who may be experiencing mental health challenges, fostering a sense of inclusivity and support within the community

  • Our workshops aim to educate and give an awareness about emotional wellbeing but also aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

    By creating a safe space for open discussions and providing accurate information.

  • Immerse yourself in a 4-week educational experience.

    Each week, our engaging small group workshops (max 8 participants) will guide you through a different topic, fostering valuable skills and knowledge.

    • Ages 11-14

    • Ages 15-18

    • Adults

Jennifer Raindle - Qualified BACP Counsellor. Advanced practitioner working with young people.

Experienced school counsellor and wellbeing coach.

As a mother of three, I am deeply passionate about children's mental health. I believe that every child deserves to have a strong foundation in life skills that will help them navigate the challenges they may face. With my experience as a counsellor, I am dedicated to providing support and guidance to children, helping them develop the necessary tools to thrive emotionally and mentally. It is my goal to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can express themselves freely and learn valuable life skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Tracy O’Connor - Wellness and Mindfulness Coach.

My name is Tracy, I have been on a transformative journey through life. Starting from childhood all the way to adulthood. As a mother I have experienced the profound depths of emotion that come with nurturing and raising a child. After years of personal experience , I have discovered the tools and techniques for managing emotions. My passion lies in sharing this knowledge with young people to help improve their mental health and well being
